"The Sauerland seduces you into poetry", Reinhold Hesse once said in an interview. Throughout his life, pen and paper were his favorite tools. He wrote poems, stories and jokes as well as writing and composing songs. All of this in both High German and Low German.
With the construction of 9 stations, over approx. 800 meters, on the Reinhold-Hesse-Weg and two further outdoor stations, the opportunity was created to present a cross-section of this diversity to the public in his home town, as a permanent installation and beyond, using multimedia.
