Directions
From the Bestwig-Föckinghausen hiking parking lot, we walk in a northerly direction (X14). We reach the Gemeinheitskopf and turn left onto the Plackweg (X14/X1). Once we reach the "Ausspann", we continue straight ahead and follow the A8, which leads us to the popular Lörmecke-Turm viewing tower.

Winter-proof footwear and clothing suitable for the weather.
Author Tip
The Lörmecke-Turm is located at the highest point of the Arnsberg Forest and offers fantastic views of the surrounding landscape. So make sure you have your camera in your rucksack!
After the hike, you can warm up again with a cup of coffee or tea in the Waldhausen restaurant in Föckinghausen.
