At this bathing area there is a sunbathing lawn with public sanitary facilities (open in bathing weather), a beach volleyball court and the "Pirate Bay on the Hennesee" adventure playground.
In good bathing weather, the bathing bay in the Berghauser Bucht is monitored by the DRLG Meschede and DRLG Schmallenberg.
