The four-storey, white plastered building at Honseler Straße 2 shows a piece of Lüdenscheid's economic history and the development of Westfalen's industrial architecture. Founded around 1900, the company "P. Brüser & Co." produced women's, men's and children's clothing made of wool in the building. The business was closed down at the end of the 1960s.

The factory was built in 1914/15. The gable end with its large window front is still particularly impressive today. The basic structure of the building is modern and designed for practicality and functionality. At the same time, historical elements were not completely dispensed with during construction, with arched windows, protruding parts of the building and gable triangles.

Little is known about the history of the knitwear company. However, as part of the textile industry in the Sauerland region, it is proof that other branches of production shaped the economic life of the town in addition to the strong wire goods and small-scale industry.

the building was listed as a historical monument in 1995 and can only be viewed from the outside.
