Portrait of an old town - Medebach
Medebach (first mentioned in a document in 1144) is one of the oldest towns in the Duchy of Westfalen.
On the basis of 14 illustrative boards (in German and Dutch), you will gain an insight into the town's history on this circular route through the oldest settlement areas of the town.
The approx. 1.5 km long path leads past old half-timbered houses, idyllic streets and colorful gardens, where you will learn many interesting facts about the Hanseatic past, the jurisdiction and the church history of Medebach.
