Water flows out of a bursting sphere over the four stepped elements of "balanced nutrition", "medicinal plants", "lifestyle (i.e. harmonizing body, mind and soul)" and "exercise" to unite in the fifth element, "water with its healing power".


The Bad Fredeburg Kneipp Trail starts at the Kneipp fountain. A circular tour of approx. 3.5 km on the theme of Kneipp.
