The RastOrt Nutrition and Herbs invites you to experience the Kneipp elements of nutrition, medicinal herbs and order of life.

The large beds of medicinal herbs are arranged by theme and leave no questions unanswered. The meadow orchard with "old varieties" shows us the diversity of local fruit varieties. The Boule-Bahn play area is just as relaxing as the inviting benches along the path. The well-protected bee colonies at the back are certainly an interesting natural spectacle.

Enjoy the park the Kneipp way.

Always along the Kneipp ActiveTrail and the Ruhr and Gierskopp rivers, the feel-good route takes you to the Kneipp herb and fruit garden. Enjoy the exercise, find peace and perhaps inner balance and learn interesting facts about nutrition and medicinal herbs.

Here at RastOrt Ernährung und Heilkräuter, we invite you to get to know the "pharmacy of God", as Pastor Kneipp once called the diversity of native wild plants. The orchard with some old and rare varieties is a special eye-catcher in the RastOrt Ernährung und Kräuter.

A variety of information boards provide interesting facts about these trees, shrubs and plants.

Arrival by car From the north: A33 to the Wünnenberg-Haaren exit, then via the B480 to Brilon and Olsberg From the south: A44 to the Marsberg exit, then via the B7 to Brilon and Olsberg From the west: A44 to the Werl exit, then A46 to Olsberg From the east: A44 to the Marsberg exit, then via the B7 to Brilon and Olsberg Arrival by train Brilon and Olsberg are on the Sauerland Express route (RE 17 Hagen-Warburg/Kassel) and are therefore easy to reach from the Ruhrgebiet. The Dortmund-Sauerland-Express (RE 57 Dortmund-Winterberg) also offers a regular direct connection to Bigge-Olsberg. There is also a direct connection from Dortmund and Korbach to Brilon.
