The trail has several stations that aim to provide suggestions on how you can do something for your physical and mental health in nature. Landscape therapy is part of the so-called "new nature therapies" and as such is very well suited to having a preventative effect on physical and mental health.
The landscape therapy trail takes you from station to station. However, you are not bound to the prescribed route. You can just as easily find your own way or just visit individual stations. Or visit the stations that are particularly good for you again and again!
