Walking barefoot is healthy! Our feet have tiny nerve endings that have a reflex connection to the individual organs and body zones. Walking on a varied surface is the easiest way to massage the foot reflex zones.
You balance over oak trunks, walk over rocks and coarse chippings while enjoying the panoramic view of the beautiful Lenne valley.

There are lockers right next to the water treading pool where you can lock up your shoes and bags. Then start the tour with a three-minute water tread in the Kneipp water treading pool.

The treading pool is freely accessible all year round.
However, as it is only suitable for Kneipp in summer, the water is drained in the fall and cleaned and put back into operation in summer.
