Walk through the cold water in a "stork walk" until your feet and lower legs feel very cold after approx. 30 seconds - usually after a lap in the treading pool. To warm up your feet, walk over the stones or the meadow next door. This process can be repeated several times.

After treading water, simply remove your feet, put on socks and shoes and walk briskly until they begin to warm up again. Treading water refreshes the feet, improves circulation problems and stimulates the circulation.

The treading pool is freely accessible all year round.
However, as it is only suitable for Kneipp in summer, the water is drained in the fall and cleaned and put back into operation in summer.
