"Die Grünstation" is a bright green house with a very minimalist architecture that is completely intertwined with the surrounding biotope. The sculpture was designed by the artist Gloria Freidmann, who has made nature and man's relationship to nature the subject of her work. The tangled green of the bushes makes the small house, which is closed on three sides, appear from a distance as a monochrome sign, as a sculpture when you approach it and as a place to rest when you stand in front of it. The rustic and simple furnishings reinforce this impression. However, the green station is not recommended as a shelter during thunderstorms: the plaster and building panels are supported by a solid steel frame.
