On display are a printing workshop, textile and flax department, a bookbindery and old knitting machines.


The 'Südwestfäliche Galerie' exhibits art from the region from the 19th and 20th centuries with collections by Eugen Senge-Platten, Hinrich Grauenhorst, Paul Hermann Schödder, Carl Siebert and many others.


There are regular temporary exhibitions on a wide variety of topics in the museum rooms. Younger guests can become museum explorers with the help of a guide.
