The 5-metre-long and 3-metre-high XXL bench is located on the access path to the Lörmecketurm, approx. 2 km from the Plackweg hiking parking lot. The bench invites you to linger, because from up there it offers a breathtaking view towards Meschede and the Hochsauerland district. The bench is also an attractive photo motif for young and old alike.
The XXL bench was built with PEFC-certified Douglas fir by the Holz Kieseler joinery from Warstein. The bench was sponsored by ITH Schraubtechnik from Meschede and Stadtmarketing Warstein e.V.
The municipal depot prepared the area so that it was safe to fall and set up the 3.5-ton XXL bench.
