Blogger Elke and her family enjoyed four days of idyllic family vacation in the Sauerland during their stay at the Birkenhof in Schmallenberg-Holthausen. In addition to an intensive exploration of farm life, the program also included a visit to the Wisent World on the Rothaarsteig, a trip on the MS Hennesee and a hike on the adventure trail in Schmallenberg.
