Exercise park (Bad Sassendorf spa gardens)

You'll find a few animals in our spa park - but there are only monkeys in the low ropes course in the exercise park and you could be one of them! Jump from tree trunk to tree trunk, balance over the suspension bridge, climb through the spider's web and let yourself fall into the nest swing and dream. Even big monkeys are welcome to try it all out.

But the exercise park is not just about the low ropes course. Right next to it you will find two cross trainers and a floating platform, which you can use to improve your fitness and balance, for example. You will also find a leg trainer on the barefoot path.

There are also various paths adjacent to the exercise park that are ideal for jogging or walking. A circular path through the forest area is asphalted and can therefore also be used in wet weather. You can also ideally combine the paths with the various hiking trails that lead out of the spa park and open up the surrounding villages. Or you can switch to a bike if you want to cover longer distances and explore the surrounding area. The cycle path network around Bad Sassendorf offers you a wide range of options!
