A special market with a long tradition
These markets have a long tradition in Holland. And some traders even accept a journey of more than 400 kilometers. "Holland is a small country with many fabric markets and Germany is a large country with few fabric markets - and the German customers are also very nice," says Toni van der Heid from Eindhoven, explaining his commitment. "It's not for nothing that the market has been held twice a year for a long time," adds Dirk Bröcking, who organizes the fabric market on behalf of Wirtschaft und Marketing Soest GmbH.
