What is laughter yoga?
Laughter yoga (Hasya yoga) is a combination of ancient yoga knowledge and modern laughter research (gelotology). A variety of playful laughter exercises are combined with breathing, stretching and stretching exercises.According to the principle - do as if, until you do - laughter is stimulated at the beginning until it turns into genuine, hearty laughter.
However, it doesn't matter whether you laugh from the heart or just pretend - the body doesn't know the difference between genuine and intentional laughter.

One Saturday a month, laughter therapist Dieter Fechtel invites you to the "Laughter is healthy" laughter circle at the Wiesengrund Rehabilitation Clinic. If the weather is nice, we go outside.
In this workshop, participants learn various laughter techniques and exercises that can have a positive effect on well-being and health, which can also be easily practised at home and in everyday life.
