We get fresh sea fish twice a week directly from Holland
All dishes are prepared in-house, from pickled salmon, Maultaschen, Potthucke, our game sausage, the wonderfully fluffy curd cheese dumplings and our numerous homemade ice cream specialties, just to name a few.
All this is accompanied by fine beers from the region and selected specialties from our winegrowers.
