Above Neuenrade, the Sauerland-Höhenflug leads over the ridge of the 512 m high "Großer Attig". The Hönne, which has shaped the fascinating Hönnetal valley downstream, has its source on the southern flank. From the "Großer Attig" you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over Neuenrade and the mountains and valleys of the Sauerland. A 2 m panorama board explains the most important peaks and landmarks and a Sauerland rest area invites you to take a break.
