The law firm BINNEWIES was founded in 1989 as a merger of the practice Pahlke und Partner, founded by the lawyer and notary Pahlke in 1955, and the practice founded by the lawyer and notary Dr. Binnewies in 1963, which was primarily active in tax law and tax consultancy.
Our corporate goal is to convince clients with the special quality of our services. In order to achieve this corporate goal, quality standards were defined in cooperation with DIRO and implemented by us. We maintain and increase the quality of our work through consistent professional training, qualification and specialization. Our professionals are entitled to use the "Quality through further training" certificate of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers due to the proof of continuous professional training. Finally, we aim to ensure and communicate quality to the outside world by establishing a quality management system and successfully certifying it in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 - in the legal field since 1998 and in the tax consultancy field since 2016. In addition, we also meet all the requirements for certified law firm management of the DStV in the area of tax advice.
Our partners are active in voluntary positions, particularly in the non-profit sector, because they believe that lawyers/tax advisors should not only work for their profession and income, but should also be prepared to volunteer their time for others. Furthermore, our professionals are involved in specialist working groups of the German Bar Association and DIRO.
