The farm has been leased to Gyso von Bonin since 1980 and is managed according to Demeter guidelines.
A wind turbine operated by the farm rounds off the ecological activities in Körtlinghausen, as does the wood chip heating system built by the owner in the 1980s and the reactivated hydroelectric power.
Milk, meat, grain, cooking oil and potatoes are produced here.
