Medebach Protestant Church
Oberstraße 20
59964 Medebach
After the abolition of the ecclesiastical principalities and confessional segregation in 1804, the first Protestant Christians moved to the Medebach area. Some time later, from 1839 to 1840, the three-axis hall church was built,
the quarry stone masonry and the wooden beam ceiling of the church are plastered, the walls are divided by round-arched windows. The interior can seat 110 worshippers. The west tower with the three bells was only added in 1864
and the church has been a listed building since 1984,
where regular services are held by the Protestant parish of Medebach.
