In addition to a soccer field, the civic sports field in Bestwig now also has an exercise trail with 10 high-quality fitness machines, each with information boards explaining how to use the stations. Directly adjacent to this is a 400 m long Finn track. The floor of the Finn track is covered with wood chips, so that soft and joint-friendly running is possible for everyone.

The running club of Tus Velmede Bestwig offers regular appointments for the joint use of the Finn track and exercise course.
