Exhibits include the development of chainsaws, old tools, old pictures, files and old maps of the former Latrop forestry district. Information boards provide information on the history of the village of Latrop under the title 'Latrop a forest village' and the 'Development of tourism'.
There is a beautiful children's playground and a foot adventure pool in the immediate vicinity.

How to get there From the BAB exit Olpe via Lennestadt to Fleckenberg. Turn right here for 7 km to Latrop. From the east to Schmallenberg through the tunnel to Fleckenberg. Parking A limited number of parking spaces are available at the village hall. Public transportation Bus route 466 runs in Latrop, as does the Schmallenberg Sauerland hiking bus (check timetable).
