Niggenhuses Quarry - A limestone from Hessen in Referinghausen

Find out how the thick limestone banks from Erdbach were formed and what they were used for in the past.

You will find the quarry outside the center of Referinghausen in the direction of Schützenplatz, where you can park and reach the quarry after about 200m. Alternatively, you can also drive to the quarry.
