Built in 1905, the tower measures 22.5 meters in height and offers a magnificent panoramic view from Korbach over the Habichtswald forest, the Ederberge mountains, the Kellerwald forest to the Sauerland mountains. Panoramic boards explain the destinations on the horizon.

From the tower, you also have a good view of the uncovered foundation walls of the ruins of Waldeck Castle dating back to the 13th century. The digital Georg Viktor Tower PANORAMA shows the reconstructed castle in full bloom and brings past seascapes and desert landscapes from the history of the earth back to life virtually.

Other worthwhile destinations in the immediate vicinity: Gold visitor mine, "Goldspur Eisenberg" nature trail, forest sports trail and Eisenberg hut.
