The pilgrimage chapel on the Halloh to the "Sorrowful Mother" dating from 1686 (extended in 1936) is located at the meeting point of three crossroads - from Berge, Calle and Wallen.
Halloh was also a station on the great Soest Way of the Dead, along which the deceased were transferred from Soest to Wormbach.
The altar in the chapel, a so-called vesper painting, was created around 1700. The valuable Pieta dates from the early 18th century.
