The parking lot offers sufficient parking space and is located on Glörstraße / Dahlerbrücker Straße between Schalksmühle and Breckerfeld.
The Glörtalsperre is 900 m away from here and can be reached on foot (approx. 20 minutes uphill). Above the parking lot there is a paved path as an alternative to the road, the stairs here can be very slippery (currently closed)!
The paved path leads along the VolmeHöhenweg (marked X20). This (long-distance) hiking trail starts in Witten and ends in Olpe at the Biggesee.
An information board at the edge of the parking lot provides information about other leisure destinations in the region.
