With a total length of just under 4,300 meters and a par 64, the course may initially seem rather manageable to the experienced golfer. On closer inspection, however, these 9 holes offer opportunities and challenges that require the skills of a really good golfer
and are embedded in the charming hilly landscape of Hochsauerland, where only the first two holes are characterized by the difficulties of the terrain. On the other hand, holes 3 to 9 are located on flat terrain right next to the tributary of the Sorpesee, which is only 500 meters away. Here you have to play around ponds and watercourses and take on the Sorpebach stream, which has to be crossed.
