The impressive tree sculptures surrounding the witches' pond are a particular highlight. At first glance, they are reminiscent of mystical totem poles, but they are actually the work of Serbian artist Mile Prerad. These artistic carvings give the place a unique and fascinating atmosphere, and
in the past, rumors circulated that the witches' pond served as a gruesome place where supposed witches met their deaths during the dark times of witch-hunts. Fortunately, however, such stories remain in the realm of legend, lending the pond an aura of mystery.
fitness enthusiasts can visit the Trimmdich trail starting directly from the parking lot. A run around the pond not only gets your pulse racing, but also rewards you with wonderful views of the harmonious natural scenery
