XXL bench with a view over Bestwig and Velmede
Properties:
The Velmede-Bestwig village community has set up the XXL bench above the Bestwig sports field on the Breberg.
From here you have a good view over the Ruhrtal with the districts of Bestwig and Velmede, right up to the Burgruine Eversberg in Meschede. You can also watch the sunset from here.
The XXL bench is located at the upper end of the Bestwig Way of the Cross. The Way of the Cross starts in the street "Am Bähnchen" at the Bestwig sports field.
The Sauerland-Waldroute (W), Bestwig Panoramaweg (B) and Ostwig Rundwanderweg O4 hiking trails lead past the XXL bench.

The XXL Bank can be reached on foot via: - en Kreuzweg Bestwig, starting in the street "Am Bähnchen" near the sports field. - the street "Elpestraße" above the Westfeld The bench is not accessible by car.
