Olsberg and its twelve charming villages offer the best conditions to really relax. In the European gold village of Bruchhausen, you can experience the impressive Bruchhauser Steine natural monument. Here, visitors will also find an all-weather toboggan run and the Kneipp sensory garden In the rose village of Assinghausen, the village romance is palpable. Four Rosenwege lead through the village, rare roses thrive in the front gardens and an accessible rose rosary has been created on the outskirts of Küsterland.
In addition to many cultural highlights and genuine Sauerland customs, guests in Olsberg have numerous opportunities to spend their leisure time "on the move". The famous RuhrtalRadweg cycle path runs right through the town center. Summit climbers can hike the local mountain "Olsberg" with its summit cross at 703 meters above sea level.
