Warstein
The town of Warstein is located on the northern edge of the Sauerland and in the middle of the Arnsberg Forest Nature Park. It is both a strong economic area with globally active companies and an impressive natural area. Thousands of visitors from near and far come to major events such as the Warstein International Montgolfiade, the Sauerland-Rundfahrt professional cycling race and Strong Viking.
In addition, the town of 26,000 inhabitants is an important economic area in Südwestfalen: 19 companies that develop innovative top performances have more than 100 employees and there are almost 10,000 jobs subject to social insurance contributions.
