The Henry Dunant Senior Center
A warm welcome!
Our home has been in Warstein for over 50 years. It was founded after the Second World War, when a group of DRK refugees arrived in the district of Belecke with old people and people in need of care from the occupied eastern territories.
After temporary accommodation in barracks, the move to Hirschberg followed, initially back into old Wehrmacht barracks. In 1962, it was possible to move into the new retirement home at the current location on Kahlenbergsweg in Warstein.
At present, our home has 94 places for the inpatient care of people with care levels 2 to 5. A total of 5 interspersed short-term care places are included in the number of places.
We offer professional care for both short-term and permanent stays. The care is based on the latest scientific findings in the field of nursing care.
