Our compositions will elicit many "ahs" and "oohs" from you. We know how to spoil you in an unusual way. Our "brunch buffet", the "fish pan" and the handmade sweet treats are no longer insider tips.
A festive Essen with friends, a nice evening for two or a large celebration: we can arrange banquets for up to 200 people in our rooms according to your wishes. The Buchholz room can accommodate up to 100 people, and although many of our recipes are inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, we never forget the delicacies of our homeland: like the delicious Sauerland ham on the bone, which we slice wafer-thin in front of you on an original Berkel. Served with hearty country bread, a Sauerland Pilsner and a schnapps from the distillery in the neighboring village - what a treat! But our hotel also offers delicacies beyond the Sauerland and surprises you with culinary highlights.
