The information steles, set up by the Halver local history association, can be found at 13 locations in Halver town center and provide information about the (historical) places or (historical) buildings there. Visitors are thus given the opportunity to explore Halver on an individual guided tour of the town.

The information and (historical) pictures printed there provide an insight into Halver's interesting past.
