This rest area is located at a central hiking crossroads in the Wienhagen nature conservation and hiking area. In addition to smaller play equipment for younger visitors, benches and a forest sofa provide the right atmosphere for relaxing after a hike. A shelter offers protection from bad weather.

Directions

The rest area at the Wienhagen Tower can only be reached on foot or by bike. There are two ways to get there by car. 1. via the K 2 to the village of Elbringhausen and to the hikers' parking lot there. From there, continue up towards Wienhagen Tower. 2. take the L 528 to the village of Dürener Haus. Park there in the hikers' parking lot and continue following the signs towards Wienhagen Tower. The rest area is located at a fork in the road on the way to the Wienhagen Tower.
