The 1st station of the Bierbrau-Wunderweg is located in the park opposite the Schützenhallen parking lot. From there, the path leads towards the center of the village, past the Vikariegarten (opposite the village store) and then turns left into the street "Zum Freibad".

The 2nd stop at the outdoor pool is one of the intersections between the outward and return routes! On the way there, please follow the road and turn left into Graf-von-Spee-Straße. After approx. 150 meters you will reach the Hopfengarten station on the right-hand side.

Following the signs, you will reach the viewing barrel at the station after a short climb via the streets "Am Baumhof" and "Carl-Veltins-Straße" - just the right place for a great view of Grevenstein.

Up to the next station, the route climbs gently at first, then more steeply after the fork in the road. Pass "Pastors Eichen" and you will reach the station on the hilltop. This is where the outward and return routes cross again! From the station sign, follow the farm track on the right until you reach the 6th station. Continue along the path and turn left after approx. 100 meters and follow the narrower forest path uphill.

At the top, turn left again. The way back takes you past an arched bench. Follow this path until you reach the 7th station - another highlight awaits you there: our forest bar.

Take a seat and enjoy the view!

Now the descent begins: following the path downhill, you will pass station 5 again and walk part of the way back to "Pastors Eichen". Stay on the straight path until you reach the 8th station. Immediately after the station sign, turn left onto the meadow path. A few meters further on, you can recover from the descent on the meadow sofa before you reach a paved path again at the end of the path. After the tennis courts, cross the road and follow Graf-von-Spee-Straße to the left.

Pass the well-known hop garden and return along the outdoor pool to Station 2. On your left, you will discover a narrow asphalt path that leads you through a small wooded area above the headwaters of the Arpe.

Continue past the memorial until you reach a cul-de-sac down to Ohlstraße. You will see the buildings of the Veltins brewery on your left as you continue to the right. Our brewer's statue awaits you in historical garb at the former ice cellar - the 9th stop on our BierbrauWunderweg.

(Note: you are welcome to take photos with the brewer - but we expressly ask you not to climb the statue).

We change sides of the road and follow Ohlstraße uphill towards the town center until we reach the 10th and final stop at the Holländer Hof parking lot.

To get back to the starting point, simply follow the road until you get back to the Schützenhalle.
