Under this motto, young and old hikers can explore the forest adventure trails. The Sauerland-Höhenflug long-distance hiking trail (Wanderbares Deutschland quality trail) runs partly along the forest adventure trail.
There is plenty to marvel at, experience and try out on five different trails (four of which are circular trails). Each trail is dedicated to an animal. The wild boar trail (3.0 km circular trail) focuses on the forest school. The fox trail (3.6 km circular trail) is all about forest work. On the Eagle Owl Trail (2.3 km circular trail), hikers have a wonderful view of the Lenne Valley. The hedgehog trail (3.5 km circular trail) delights with a muddy section along the Borke stream, a dendrophone, a children's high seat and more. On the squirrel trail (4.3 km hiking trail between the Neuenrade forest stadium and the Borke hiking parking lot near Blintrop), hikers can find out, among other things what a Klotzbeute is and can view a Schaumeiler.
The parking lots at the forest stadium in Neuenrade and the Borke hiking parking lot near Blintrop are suitable starting points.
